How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. A flat rate applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
Can I return an item?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best. After that, your order may already be on its way.
How long do drinks stay cold or hot?
Our insulated drinkware uses double-wall vacuum insulation. Exact times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
Are your bottles dishwasher safe?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. For most insulated drinkware, hand washing keeps the finish looking new the longest.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but our bottles and tumblers make easy, ready-to-give gifts.
